Operator Connect Setup
The following figure illustrates the Operator Connect setup to get started with calling while maintaining existing service provider agreement and at the same time leveraging the customization and flexibility of Direct Routing. This setup does not require an SBC or voice trunk. A range of numbers are uploaded to the tenant. Each number is identified with the specific operator and once assigned, the users can make and receive calls.
